In the four years that I had the pleasure of working at Forecastle Home and Healthcare Services Inc. beneath Nancy Okyere I grew so much. As a newcomer to the caregiving field I was fortunate to have Nancy as my guide. She set high expectations for all of her employees, and always encouraged us to improve upon our knowledge by providing us with educational material monthly. When I decided to further my education, she was not only happy for me but more than accommodating to my school schedule.

But in my opinion, what sets Nancy apart from other administrators is her positive demeanor and kind heart that fills whatever room she’s in with light. As well as her welcoming smile and understanding voice, that could put anyone at ease. I believe these to be great qualities that are necessary in this line of work. I would highly recommend her services to potential clients and caregivers alike! Had it not been for her leadership I wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you Nancy!
